Our standard fee is £595 for providing mortgage advice and submitting your mortgage application. This is usually split into £150 payable when the mortgage application is submitted and £445 payable when you receive your mortgage offer.

In some circumstances, no mortgage advice fee may be charged. For more complex cases, where additional research or specialist work is required, a higher fee may apply. Any fee applicable to your circumstances will be explained and agreed with you before we proceed.
