I can't recommend Kerr & Watson enough. I moved from another provider I had been using for 20+ years due to missing a purchase after multiple delays and errors. Kerr & Watson took me in as a customer and out did any expectations I had. They also taught me more about mortgages than I thought I knew, making the process easy. She took the time to explain each step clearly, answered our questions promptly and kept us informed of the progress of our application.
