They were both easy to reach if I had any questions or queries and never made me feel that any of my questions were silly despite being my first property purchase. They both fought my corner when we were getting tight on time to complete and found me a mortgage that worked whilst keeping communication with the lender at the forefront of their priorities until we completed as well.
